Disney

It truly is a magical experience bringing a kid to Disney. We were so fortunate to be able to travel with my mom, stepdad and sister to Orlando and visit the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Our Airbnb was gorgeous with a pool and hot tub on the lanai. We had a rest day mixed in to visit Disney Springs and have lunch at T-Rex. We’re so thankful to my parents and all the family who contributed to making this happen for us.

Bowie made a Lego minifig of himself in Disney Springs.

A little Disney rain isn't going to stop us!

You will get wet on the Kali River Rapids ride.

Pre Space Mountain trepidation...

It's a Small World is hands down my favorite ride.

Disney boba just hits differently.

Believe the Dolw Whip hype. They are delicious.

Don't sleep on the cookies from Gideon's Bake Shop in Disney Springs.

House on the Rock and Don Q

This was a weird 24 hours and difficult to describe but also so on brand and awesome. Due to the adventurous spirit necessary for such a whirlwind there were only two possible travel mates I could approve of- and Sara and Rob did not disappoint. We laughed and sang the whole drive there and back. Rob and Sara stayed in a space ship and Josh and I stayed in an igloo. We went to the House on the Rock the next day and had our minds blown.

As always the film photos were fun on this getaway…

New York

How lucky am I to have two best friend and to be able to see them both in New York? I took a little getaway trip in November and stayed with Evan and Ellie first and then Torin took the train and stayed in a hip hotel with me. Highlights included a Kevin Hart drop in at the Comedy Cellar, getting forever bracelets with Torin and a spectacular dinner at Via Carota with Evan’s handsome face behind the bar. It was the best to just walk around and snack on yummy New York goodness and shop and giggle with my friends. A huge shout out to Torin who went on a run every morning and brought coffee back to me. Also I love Evan and Ellie’s doggies Floyd and Pepper.

Not my car but it could be? Also these corn dogs were magical.

Hi Pepper Pepper!

Great hotel BEST location.

We didn't plan to match but it just goes to show we both have excellent taste.

I snuck a photo of Evan and the two life changing negronis me made me.

He hates having his photo taken but those little cheesecakes from China Town deserved memorializing.

Torin getting her bracelet welded on.

Torin and I made the cutest charm necklaces at Chelsea Market.

I also took some film photos using a metro wash film. I guess it’s more of a little peek into what my eyes feasted in in NYC.
