Summer 2018: Shell Lake

My Grandmother owns a cabin on Shell Lake in Wisconsin and this is our second year making a summer trek with my Dad and Sarah for a long weekend. As you can see above we are all amazingly good looking people. The weather was absolutely perfect for 4 days straight and we were all in need of some water, coffee, pontoon rides and world cup soccer.

Lots and lots of stories about Dowie and his new friend Bart, "hey man, don't have a cow in you."

My child is a mer-child. He wanted to jump off the dock and get rocket launched non-stop. My Aunt Lynn purchased some awesome kayaks for the cabin, which were enjoyed by all.
Josh rigged the boom box to the TV so we could pick up a signal and watch the World Cup finals. Some members of our family were very disappointed with the results.

Matching tank tops and puzzles.

Post racing circles around the cabin

We taught Bowie to drive our lazy butts around Shell Lake.
Went into town for Ice Cream. The Potter's Shed is pretty rad.

Classic photo of my son displaying his obvious pleasure at being close to me.
